Ingredients
- 60 mlScotch whisky
- 30 mlsweet vermouth
- 2-3 dashesAngostura bitters
- ice
- maraschino cherry · to garnish, optional
Method

In a mixing glass, combine the Scotch whisky, sweet vermouth, and 2–3 dashes of Angostura bitters with ice.

Stir well for 20 to 30 seconds.

Strain into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with a maraschino cherry, if you like.
